How we handle your information.

This website is operated by Atlas Route Travel (“we”, “us”). We provide private airport transfers and chauffeur hire in Istanbul and Antalya. When you book with us, we are responsible for the personal information you share.

When you ask for a price or book a transfer, we may collect:

• Your name and the names of other passengers, if needed for the name sign
• Your phone or WhatsApp number, and email address if you share it
• Flight number, arrival or departure time, and pick-up and drop-off addresses
• Number of passengers and luggage
• Special requests, such as a child seat or accessibility needs

Our website host may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security.

• To quote a price and confirm your booking
• To assign a driver and vehicle, and share the details they need to meet you
• To track your flight so your driver arrives at the right time
• To contact you about your booking, changes or delays
• To handle complaints and meet our legal and tax obligations

We share your details only with the people who need them to carry out your transfer: your assigned driver and our operations team. We also rely on service providers such as WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging and our website host. We may disclose information to authorities where the law requires it. We never sell your personal information.

We keep booking information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal record-keeping obligations. After that, it is deleted or anonymised.

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, for guests from the EU and UK, the GDPR, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
• Stop using your information for a particular purpose

To make a request, message us on WhatsApp. We will reply within 30 days.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores your language choice in your own browser so the site opens in the language you picked.

We only message you about your booking. We will not send promotional offers unless you ask us to, and you can stop them at any time.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
